Revitalize your life by practicing yoga for 21 Days starting on the first Full Moon of the New Year!

Designed by Sadhguru, the 21 Day Program allows one to take a significant step towards their inner wellbeing. Doing yogic practices in a dedicated manner for 21 continuous days has a profound impact upon your system.

The 21 Day Program is a wonderful opportunity to bring balance to your system and raise your energies.

This program will include the complete Upa Yoga series (including the advanced version of Nadi Shuddhi and other practices offered only in-person), Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, and Angamardana. Students will also enhance their practices by learning about and incorporating optimal conditions for Hatha Yoga. This program will allow students to not only learn Hatha Yoga practices but also to refine and deepen these practices over the course of 21 days.

This program is for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. There is no prerequisite for this program. One just needs to be willing and dedicated to do the yogic practices learned over the course of 21 days. For those who are advanced practitioners, the 21 Day Program will be a way to deepen your current Hatha practices.

If extra time, students will also learn Bhakti Sadhana.

Your teacher: Jean

Jean has been teaching Isha Hatha Yoga since 2019. She is based in the SF Bay Area, but also conducts programs in LA, Seattle, Hawaii, and Mexico.

Jean’s teaching style is very personable, attentive, and thorough. She cares deeply for her students and takes enormous care in ensuring their understanding of the practices.

She continues to explore the depths of the yogic sciences through her daily practice and incorporating conscious ways of being.

When she isn’t teaching, she enjoys gardening, digital illustration, dancing, practicing Kalari Payattu (the ‘Mother of All Martial Arts’), and sharing aspects of the yogic sciences with local communities.

Isha Hatha Yoga Teachers go through one of the most intensive yoga-teacher trainings available on the planet. Teachers attend teacher-training at the Isha Yoga Center in India; only after completing 1750 hours of training and passing various tests do teacher-trainees become certified teachers, fully prepared to transmit the ancient science of Hatha Yoga.

I was looking to do Hatha Yoga after transformational experience from Isha Kriya and got referred to Jean Bai by my friend. It was a 21 days program from 6 am every day for 2.5 hours. Jean takes lot of effort to create the right environment for teaching Hatha Yoga. The program gets intense as you go through Upa Yoga to Surya Kriya to Yogasanas and finally to Angamardana. Jean literally immersed herself into each Yoga step with me to offer basic and advanced corrections in a progressive and thoughtful way. She is patient and suggests evening and morning homework for you to make sure you make progress and can remember all the asanas on your own. Jean also prepared Neem and Turmeric powder balls everyday to take before starting Yoga for enhanced experience- this is lot of effort and commitment!
