It is very important that early in life, a child gets exposed to the right things, things that work from within because arrangements we make in the world around us can only be managed to a certain extent. - Sadhguru

Practicing Surya Shakti develops physical fitness, mental stability, and increases memory and focus.

Surya Shakti offers a unique possibility for every child to become in sync with the cycles of the sun.

If our physiological cycles run in sync with the sun’s cycles, physical health will be great, mental balance will be perfect, and life will happen effortlessly.

Sadhguru says, “If you are in tune with the cycles of the sun, then physical health, wellbeing, vitality, energy, these things you don’t have to bother about – they are just there with you.”

Experience the free flow of breath through the practice of Jala Neti!

Jala Neti is an ancient yogic practice of cleansing the nasal passages, allowing for the free movement of air.

“If your nostrils are constantly blocked, it is not just about the breath - it affects the whole system in many different ways. So it is important that you have free passage of breath all the time. How clear your sinuses are and how well-balanced the fluids are - especially in the head region - determines a variety of things, including your brain function, your sense of wellbeing, your sense of balance, the sharpness of your intellect, and the sharpness of the five senses.” - Sadhguru

“Keeping your sinuses well-balanced and maintaining free movement within them is very important. Jala Neti is towards this - it reduces the mucus in the system. But this practice has to be properly imparted. “ - Sadhguru

It’s hard to describe how beautifully the whole practices work. The closest word I can think of is magical. After the first mandala of practicing Jala Neti, I was surprised to see my continuous glucose levels being perfectly within limit. Both my doctor and I were surprised.

Special Yogasanas Guided Corrections Session

  • Grimmer Boulevard Fremont, CA, 94538 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Keep your commitment on!

Do your practice under the observation of an Isha Hatha Yoga teacher and receive basic and advanced corrections. Even practitioners who have been practicing for some time find their practice significantly improved after having their practice observed.

In this particular session, we’ll look into more aspects of the asanas to enhance your understanding and experience of the practice.

I have been practicing Hatha Yoga every day since 2019. However, only in 2021, did I learn that observation sessions are a must to iron out personal distortions that we gradually introduce into our practices over time.

After a couple sessions with Jean, I was able to build holding times for asanas up to 1 minute in a few months whereas I was stuck on 15 seconds for a couple of years.

These were excellent sessions with meticulous feedback on every single asana and crystal clear feedback on how to work on the precise angles, geometry and getting into the right posture as taught originally in the program.

Needless to say, after the first and only session, Angamardana again became more enjoyable and appealing. Same with Surya Kriya - I felt a lot more energetic and deeply relaxed after incorporating the corrections into my practice.

For those who are invested in this path, observation sessions are extremely indispensable and availing guidance of the Hatha Yoga teachers is the wisest thing to do.

Some of my advanced practices also got corrected thanks to Jean and other practitioners (during partner corrections in the session).

Thank you Jean for offering your time so generously and your commitments and follow-ups for clarifications.
— Quresh

Note: This is not a review session. Practice observation sessions are for those who are practicing regularly and would like to receive corrections to improve their practice. (If there are only a few asanas you would like to review, please mention it in the registration form.)
