Advanced Yogasanas Review & Corrections Session

This session is for those who would like to thoroughly review the Sarvangasana Series, Spinal Twists, and Mandukasana, in addition to the basic asanas. We will also be going over the Subtle Body. This is a 3 and half hour course.

We will be taking precautions for this in-person class:
1. This class will be conducted outdoors.
2. Students will bring their own mats.
3. Teacher and students will enter wearing masks, but may take it off when doing the practices; we will have adequate separation and a constant change of air due to the outside environment and the frequent breezes in the area.
4. We will be keeping at least 6 feet distance apart throughout the session.
5. Any practice which involves a forceful exhalation of breath will be done facing away from one another.
6. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes (or alcohol and paper towels), and disposable masks will be available.
7. High-touch surfaces will be disinfected regularly
8. Bringing your own water is encouraged; however, we will have water available on the premises.

(In the study presented, epidemiologists uncovered zero cases resulting from indoor classes with fewer than 5 students per session or from low-intensity yoga or Pilates classes, even if they were taught by an infected instructor. Other types of group classes, however, were found to be a source of infection.)

Location: We will be having class in a large outdoor space at a residential home. The location is in Hidden Meadow Court, in East San Jose (Evergreen District). The address will be given to you after registration.
