Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. This practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system. It strengthens the spine, builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity, taking years off the body.
Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It involves only the body and floor exercises that can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.
Regular practice of Angamardana revitalizes the body in many ways:
-Strengthens the spine, skeletal system, and muscular system
-Builds physical strength, fitness, and tenacity
-Takes years off the body, bringing a sense of lightness and freedom
-Prepares the body for Hatha Yoga

We are Covid-19 ready. Our studio follows a very thorough and comprehensive sanitization process which takes into account all forms of transmission (fomite, droplet, and aerosol), with special attention paid to ventilation. Sessions will be conducted in a well-ventilated indoor environment, equipped with one of the most powerful medical-grade air purifiers on the market (which filters particles down to 0.003 microns). Indoor air quality will be continuously checked using a multi-sensor air quality monitor and adjusted as needed. Windows and doors will be opened throughout session to maintain a continuous exchange of air. To ensure adequate separation between participants, this program will be limited to 4 students.
For more information on group classes during the time of Covid-19, you can refer to this article by the New York Times:

(In the study presented, epidemiologists uncovered zero cases resulting from indoor classes with fewer than 5 students per session or from low-intensity yoga or Pilates classes, even if they were taught by an infected instructor. Other types of group classes, however, were found to be a source of infection.)
Location: We will be having this class at the home studio in Fremont, located near Auto Mall Parkway off of 880. Address will be given upon registration.
Program fee: $400
