Surya Shakti Sharings & Highlights

“This is the funnest day of my life!”

-Vivaan, Camp Participant

Hello, my name is Aditya Karkala and I am in the 8th grade. I wanted to write this to share my experience of Surya Shakti. I first got introduced to it at the beginning of this year, in hopes to try and pull up my academic performance in school. Because of the pandemic, I had to be in online school, leaving more distractions for me to waste my time with. In trying Surya Shakti, I hoped to also get rid of these unnecessary distractions, and make more time for the things i like to do, such as play sports and talk with friends. After the first few sessions, I fully learnt the practice, and after even more time got used to doing it in an efficient way, saving even more time. After about 40 days of doing it, I realized a big rise in my grades, and even a big change in my performance in sports. I learned that I became more alert, and realized that sacrificing 20 minutes of my day to do a small practice really paid off in the way that I wanted it to.
