21 Day Refresh

Come together to refresh, fine tune, and intensify your practices with other 21 Day yogis*. Begin the day with Guru Pooja and go through guided sessions for Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kirya, and Yoganasas. Culminate all the practices with Bhakti Sadhana.

This session will also be a chance to receive individual corrections and receive guidance for advanced versions of asanas (Yogasanas) and processes (Angamardana).
