21 Days Yoga in Place


Hey Bay Area! What will you be doing for the next 21 days as you "shelter in place"?

Take advantage of this time to learn simple yogic practices to strengthen muscles, activate the joints, reduce anxiety, and achieve a state of calmness. Commit to doing these free beginner practices for the next 3 weeks and experience the changes within yourself:

For Practitioners: You can work on increasing the length of your cycles (in Nadi Vibhajan and Surya Kriya) or your holding times (in Yogasanas). Pay close attention to your alignment and be conscious of your breath. Be aware of all the sensations in each posture. (If you would like, you can even commit to practicing twice a day.)
