Relax & Rejuvenate 7-Day Program


Those who join the 7-Day program will have the option to participate in the 21-Day Challenge. After the 7 days, you can receive support for 2 more weeks to help you in your completion of 21 days of yoga practice! We’ll celebrate together on the last day, which is also International Day of Yoga!
