Restart or refine your practice under the guidance of an Isha-certified teacher
Recommended for those who would like to restart the practice but have not practiced for at least 3 months. For those who have been practicing, this session will be an opportunity to deepen your practice and receive advanced corrections. We will be going through all demonstrations along with each set of process instructions.
