Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers everyone (including kids!) the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health.
Angamardana brings an enormous amount of stability and focus. It strengthens the spine and increases fitness and tenacity.
With shorter sessions and a class catered to a younger audience, this program is a great way for kids to learn the practice of Angamardana.
SCHEDULE
There are five 2 hour and 15 min sessions. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
