Without balance, your mind, your energy, your emotions, your body, none of these things are happening the way you want them.

Introduce your children to powerful balancing practices. With balance, they can handle difficult situations with ease. Anxiety and stress will not be a problem. Ultimately, having balance allows one to move into an effortless state of being.

Ages: 7 - 13

Practices: Nadi Shuddhi, a calming and cleansing energy practice, and AUM Chanting (designed for children)

This classroom version of Nadi Shuddhi is different from the one taught online and provides kids an even more powerful experience.

Prerequisites: None. Beginners are welcome!

It is best if your child arrives on a light stomach condition so they are not sleepy when they close their eyes for the practices.
