This class is for anyone 3 years and up! Both kids and adults alike will learn a fun practice known to have positive effects on the developing brain. For children under 5, it is recommended that a parent attends the program so they can support their young child in the class and also learn the practice themselves so that they have the opportunity to practice with their child at home.
*Those who grew up in India may recognize this practice from school. We teach it in its original form, which involves starting from lying on the back. This is the most effective version. If a student is not able to do the original version, 2 variations are taught so that all students can benefit from Thoppukarnam.
