Manage your health with yogic practices beneficial for those with diabetes. These include Jala Neti, Nadi Shuddhi (advanced), and Bhastrika Kriya (a 12 minute daily practice). Other practices which are also beneficial for those with Diabetes are Yogasanas, Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, and Chit Shakti for Health. (Yogasanas will also be offered this same weekend.)

For those who would also like to attend the Yogasanas program, you are allowed to have young coconut water after the Diabetes program and before Yogasanas begins. This would still allow you to have empty stomach condition for Yogasanas.
