“Love is a longing to include someone as a part of yourself. It is a possibility to become more than what you are, by inclusion.” -Sadhguru
Hanahatha Yoga is offering weekend workshops to dive into the various aspects of yoga.
International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga. Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, and health. Practicing yoga is also known to improve memory and enhance productivity. But more than this, practicing yoga allows the possibility for one to experience higher dimensions of life.
If this sounds like something you’d like to explore, join us this weekend online to learn yoga and meditation practices!
Two different sessions are available. One will be offered on Saturday, the other, on Sunday. We encourage you to try out both! On each day, we will do gentle physical practices, learn a powerful breathing practice, and then do a guided meditation together. We are offering each session at different times on both days so you can attend the session at a time convenient for you.
On Saturday, we will be offering a pranic food session. Come and learn about pranic foods and how to incorporate them into your diet. Learn how to go beyond caffeine to enhance your energy. Simply by changing the foods you consume, you can increase your energy level and maintain it throughout the day (no more caffeine crashes!). We will be offering live cooking demonstrations, so we encourage you to cook along with us! (We will send an ingredients list to all who register for this session.)
On both Saturday and Sunday, you can enjoy classical Indian performances by local artists! Sounds of Isha and Pragnya Konidena (below) will be performing on Sunday.
