This class is for children under 7 years old who would like to start on a yogic practice. They will be learning a fun practice known to have positive effects on the developing brain. The minimum age for this practice is 3 years old. For children under 5, it is recommended that a parent attends the program so they can support their young child in the class and also learn the practice themselves so that they have the opportunity to practice with their child at home.
