Maintain a regular yogic practice and refine your practices over time under the observation of an Isha-certified teacher.

Note: This is not a review session. Practice observation sessions are for those who are practicing regularly and would like to receive corrections.

$50 for single session or $35 with a Class Pass.
Aspiring yogis can sign up for once a week or twice a week sessions with a monthly subscription.
