Your child will have a chance to review their Surya Shakti practice and receive corrections by an Isha-certified teacher. By getting closer to perfect alignment and following the transitional breathing correctly, your child will be able to reap more of the benefits of focus, emotional stability, and self-control and deepen their connection with the most fundamental source of life on this planet, our Sun. Attendance at these sessions will also encourage your child to maintain their daily practice.
