We’re excited to be offering Eye Care Practices to improve your vision. Sadhguru has witnessed thousands of practitioners ditching their eyeglasses after doing these practices. Many students from our previous batches were able to to see improvement in their vision after just one week of practice!
For those who have taken the program and would like to review the practices, you can also register for the review below. (You would just need to attend the Sunday session.)
Schedule:
Saturday, June 22
1:00pm - 2:15pm
Sunday, June 23
1:00pm - 2:15pm
Attendance at both sessions is mandatory (for those who are learning for the first time).
For ages 8 years and up
Prerequisite:
Regular practice of Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, or Yogasanas is mandatory for Eye Care Practices. For kids, they must be practicing Surya Shakti, Hatha Yoga for Kids, or the full Upa Yoga series.
An empty stomach condition is not necessary for these practices, but a light stomach is required. Students who are 14 years or older need a gap of 2.5 hours after a full meal. Students who are younger than 14, only need a gap of 1.5 hours after a full meal.
Shanmukhi Mudra is a recommended practice for the eyes since it refines and improves the facial region, including the ocular region. Those who would like to learn Shanmukhi Mudra can register for this program separately. If enrolling in both Eye Care Practices and Shanmukhi Mudra, you can apply discount code EYECARESM for $25 off the program fee.
If you only need to review the practices, then you can choose to come just for the last session or, if you’d like, you can come for both the sessions.
