Students will be guided through all asanas with demonstrations shown as needed. Students will receive in-depth corrections to refine their practices. (Advanced variations of asanas can be taught to students who can get into postures fully.)

This session is for practitioners who are familiar with the Yogasanas practice and only need to review instructions for a few asanas.
