Designed by Sadhguru, the 21 Day Program allows one to take a significant step towards their inner wellbeing. Doing yogic practices in a dedicated manner for 21 continuous days has a profound impact upon your system.
Dakshinayana is a time for sadhana pada. These six months are important because, during this time, you can do the right things.
The sadhana pada is always more important because in the process of making anything happen, the most important thing is to do what is in our hands right. What is not in our hands, we only have to wait. Sadhana is something which is in our hands – we can do something about it. It may be a lesser dimension than the other but it doesn’t matter, it is in our hands. It becomes important because we can make it happen.
The 21 Day Program is a beautiful opportunity to bring balance to your system and raise your energies.
This program will include the complete Upa Yoga series (including the advanced version of Nadi Shuddhi and other practices offered only in-person), Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, and Angamardana. Students will also enhance their practices by learning about and incorporating optimal conditions for Hatha Yoga. This program will allow students to not only learn Hatha Yoga practices but to refine and deepen them over the course of 21 days.
This program is designed for both beginners and advanced practitioners, especially those who want to deepen their current Hatha practices.
If time allows, students will also learn Bhakti Sadhana.
