Prepare your body, mind, and energy with Angamardana (a practice beneficial for both kids and adults alike)
Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health.
For 12 years and up (If mature, 8 years and up)
SCHEDULE
There are three 3.5 hour sessions. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory.

3:30pm - 7:00pm
Saturday, March 4
2:00pm - 5:30pm
Sunday, March 5
9:00am - 12:30pm
Kids will also be attending this program. If you’d like your child to join on these dates, they will be in good company!
