Have your child start the New Year with yoga! Introduce them to tools which sharpen the mind, increase focus, and improve respiratory health.
This program is for children, ages 7 - 13. They will be introduced to yogic practices that activate the energy system and increase neuronal regeneration. Children will get to move their bodies in ways they normally do not in their day-to-day lives. Their flexibility and ability to focus will increase with sustained practice.
After they’ve taken this introductory course, children can choose to join other young yogis in guided sessions held each Saturday and Sunday.
