Come join us over the long weekend for Pregnancy Practices!
These are a special set of practices offered to those who are pregnant to prepare the body for an easier delivery and natural birth. These practices are also important for the neurological development of the child. They include certain asanas, breathing practices, chanting, and Nada Yoga (Sound Yoga). Students will also have a chance to hear talks on different aspects of motherhood and being a parent.
Prerequisite: You must be pregnant to attend this program. Students will need to be on a light stomach condition. For pregnancy practices, specifically, that means having at least a 2-hour gap after a meal.
This program consists of 3 sessions. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
