Prerequisite:
Regular practice of Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, or Yogasanas is mandatory for Eye Care Practices. For kids, they must be practicing Surya Shakti or Hatha Yoga for Kids.
An empty stomach condition is not necessary for these practices, but a light stomach is required. Students who are 14 years or older need a gap of 2.5 hours after a full meal. Students who are younger than 14, only need a gap of 1.5 hours after a full meal.
Shanmukhi Mudra is a recommended practice for the eyes since it refines and improves the facial region, including the ocular region. Since it is a complementary practice to Eye Care Practices, we are adding it to the Sunday schedule. For more details, please visit here. (Those staying for Shanmukhi Mudra can practice their Shambavi Mahamudra Kriya between the sessions.)
