Designed by Sadhguru, the 21 Day Program allows one to take a significant step towards their inner wellbeing. Doing yogic practices in a dedicated manner for 21 continuous days has a profound impact upon your system.
Uttarayana is for enlightenment. This is the period of receptivity, of grace and enlightenment, of attainment of the ultimate.
The term Uttarāyaṇa (commonly Uttarayan) is derived from two different Sanskrit words – "uttara" (North) and "ayana" (movement). The Sun’s run in relation to planet Earth shifts from the southern run to the northern run during this time.
The 21 Day Program is a beautiful opportunity to become more consciously receptive to grace.
This program will include the complete Upa Yoga series (including the advanced version of Nadi Shuddhi and other practices that can be offered only in-person), Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, and Angamardana. Students will also enhance their practices by learning about and incorporating optimal conditions for Hatha Yoga. This program will allow students to not only learn Hatha Yoga practices but to refine and deepen them over the course of 3 weeks.
If time allows, students will also learn Bhakti Sadhana.
This program is designed for both beginners and advanced practitioners, especially those who want to deepen their current Hatha practices.
Registration has closed. The next program will be in Redwood City from Sept 18 to Oct 8. You can register by going to ‘Learn More’ below.
