Your child will have a chance to review their Surya Shakti practice and receive corrections by an Isha-certified teacher. By getting closer to perfect alignment and following the transitional breathing correctly, your child will be able to reap more of the benefits of focus, emotional stability, and self-control and deepen their connection with the most fundamental source of life on this planet, our Sun. Attendance at these sessions will also encourage your child to maintain their daily practice.
Families are welcome to join the hike after the kids finish their review. (The review will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes.)
Schedule:
8:30am - 10:00am Surya Shakti Practice (with corrections)
10:00am - 10:15am Snacks, bathroom break (snacks will be provided)
10:15am - 10:30am Travel to hiking entrance
10:30am - 12:30pm Hike Los Gatos Creek Trail
12:45pm Pick up from Practice Venue
