Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health.
SCHEDULE
There are four 3 hour sessions. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory.

7:00am - 10:00am | Morning Session
3:30pm - 6:30pm | Evening Session
6 student maximum. If air is not conducive on the scheduled dates, the class will be split and taught indoors separately (max 3 students). Sessions will be taught in a well-ventilated indoor facility equipped with a medical grade air purifier (filters ultrafine particulates) and indoor air monitor with enough space to maintain 6 feet of separation.
