Create a loving and peaceful chemistry within you through practices that are supportive for both mother and child. These practices will be beneficial during pregnancy as well as post-delivery. This 3 session program includes meditation and practices for love, gentle yet effective physical practices, pranayam, certain sitting postures, and Nada (or Sound) Yoga.
