The practices taught in this course must be taught in-person and cannot be offered through our online offerings*
*The Nadi Shuddhi taught in-person is a more powerful version than the one offered online. Additionally, the 3 universal sounds practice is a more advanced version than the Nada Yoga offered online.
Kids will exercise their bodies, improve focus and memory, and bring an inner balance with the practices taught in this course. Spending just 10 minutes a day doing these practices will benefit your child in significant ways.
This class includes ‘Brain Yoga’ as seen in the media; also known as Thoppukarnam, this practice is taught here in its undistorted form, maximizing the benefits for your child’s brain development. Thoppukarnam is especially beneficial for those with autism, dyslexia, and ADD.
In this session, your child will also learn a pranayam, or breathing practice, that will bring calmness and balance to the system as well as a practice focused on the 3 universal sounds, which will help bring stability to your child’s body and mind.
After learning all 3 practices, we will end the session with a socially-distanced game.
Maximum number of students is 6. This program will be conducted outdoors under an open-air event tent. Covid-19 precautions followed.
